Are you a Financial Adviser who loves looking after clients but is tired of constantly chasing new business?

This could be the opportunity you've been waiting for.

I am working with a highly respected wealth management firm in Edinburgh that is seeking an experienced Financial Adviser to take over an established client bank of £120m+ AUM.

This Financial Adviser role is ideal for someone who enjoys building long-term relationships with High-Net-Worth and Ultra-High-Net-Worth clients, providing holistic advice and becoming a trusted adviser to wealthy families.

Unlike many Financial Adviser opportunities, new business isn't the challenge here. The firm benefits from an exceptional network of local accountants, solicitors and professional introducers, providing a consistent flow of high-quality referrals.

What's on Offer?

Salary up to £100,000

Highly competitive bonus structure

Existing client bank of £120m+ AUM

Full Paraplanning and Administration support

High quality referrals from accountants and solicitors

Hybrid and flexible working

HNW and UHNW client base

Excellent long-term career prospects

Established and highly respected wealth management firm

The Role

As a Financial Adviser, you will inherit and manage a portfolio of affluent clients and families across Scotland.

Many clients have:

  • Significant investment portfolios
  • Multiple trust arrangements
  • Complex estate planning needs
  • Intergenerational wealth considerations
  • Sophisticated retirement and tax planning requirements

This Financial Adviser opportunity is focused on delivering holistic wealth management and maintaining exceptional client relationships, rather than cold business development.

Who We're Looking For

4-5+ years' experience as a Financial Adviser

CAS (Competent Adviser Status)

Ideally Chartered Financial Planner, or actively working towards Chartered status

Proven experience advising HNW and UHNW clients

Strong holistic wealth management experience

Experience with pensions, investments, trusts, inheritance tax and estate planning

A relationship-led Financial Adviser who enjoys looking after clients for the long term

Why Apply?

If you're a Financial Adviser who wants to focus on advice rather than prospecting, inherit a substantial client bank, work with wealthy families, and be supported by a first-class Paraplanning and Administration team, this is an exceptional opportunity.
