Are you an experienced Electrical Building Services Engineer looking for your next step within a highly respected multidisciplinary consultancy?

Working within a collaborative environment, you'll be involved in projects from initial concept through to completion, giving you genuine influence across the entire design process.

The Role

As a Senior Electrical Engineer, you'll take responsibility for the delivery of electrical building services designs across a diverse portfolio of projects.

You'll act as a key point of contact for clients, architects, contractors and wider design teams while supporting and developing junior engineers.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading electrical building services projects from concept through to completion
• Developing electrical design strategies and producing detailed design solutions
• Managing project delivery, programme and quality standards
• Coordinating and mentoring graduate, apprentice and assistant engineers
• Attending client and design team meetings as the electrical lead
• Producing calculations, specifications, reports and technical documentation
• Supporting project cost planning and commercial delivery
• Undertaking site inspections, commissioning reviews and post-contract duties
• Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest technical standards

What We're Looking For

• Degree qualified in Electrical Engineering or Building Services Engineering
• Experience delivering electrical building services projects within a consultancy environment
• Strong understanding of UK building regulations and industry standards
• Previous experience leading projects and coordinating multidisciplinary teams
• Client-facing experience with excellent communication skills
• Proficiency in industry software including Revit, Amtech/Trimble, Dialux and AutoCAD
• Ability to manage multiple projects effectively
• Ideally working towards Chartered Engineer status or already chartered
