Regional Building Surveyor - #2156033

We are seeking a Regional Building Surveyor to manage a portfolio of residential properties, delivering surveys, inspections, and planned maintenance projects across the region. You will play a key role in ensuring homes are safe, compliant, and maintained to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out property inspections and condition surveys.
• Diagnose building defects and recommend remedial works.
• Prepare specifications, schedules of work, and reports.
• Manage contractors and monitor quality on site.
• Oversee planned maintenance, refurbishment, and compliance projects.
• Support disrepair cases, void properties, and capital investment programmes.
• Liaise with residents, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure excellent customer service.

About You:

• Experience within social housing, local authority, consultancy, or residential property sectors.
• Strong knowledge of building construction, repairs, and maintenance.
• Ability to manage projects from survey through to completion.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
