Meraki Talent have been exclusively engaged by an ambitious, growing, Chartered Accountancy Firm company to identify an Audit Partner based either in Edinburgh or Glasgow.

Long term plan:

The firms long term plan is to build out their audit function and capitalise on their current market presence across the Central Belt.

A large part of the role will revolve around:

• Building out the client base via strategic business development efforts
• Building a team around you to deliver on projects
• Creating a collaborative and welcoming environment

Key responsibilities:

• Build and grow the dedicated audit department in line with the firm's ambitious growth plans.
• Lead the development of the commercial, corporate and third sector audit niche, building on existing marketing momentum.
• Shape the audit strategy and formalise the audit function.
• Maintain and strengthen firm culture during rapid growth and potential acquisitions.
