About Us
We're Dayshape—an award-winning software scale-up with big ambitions and the momentum to match. Trusted by Big Four and many other top professional services firms globally, our AI-powered resource management platform is helping organisations to achieve extraordinary results.
Our platform stands apart as the only solution that combines advanced AI, real-time project financials, and firm-wide insights to elevate resource management to a strategic function. By driving profitable growth, powering confident decisions, and ensuring satisfied clients and teams—we're helping our customers build strong organisations and careers for the long term.
Why our customers love Dayshape:
At Dayshape, our purpose is to improve people's working lives, and our culture is an important driving force in helping us to do just that. We're a friendly, inclusive, and ambitious team—driven by our values and a shared commitment to success. If you're ready to join a fast-growing, high-impact company that's reimagining resource management, then let's talk.
About The Role
If you're talented in software implementation projects, data mapping, and building strong customer relationships, we'd love to hear from you. This is a highly customer-facing role where you'll work closely with stakeholders, earn their trust, understand their business challenges, and guide organisations through the successful adoption of Dayshape. We have a strong pipeline of enterprise prospects and are growing our Professional Services team to support that growth.
You'll work on implementation projects with newly signed and existing customers, alongside one of our Project Managers. We have a proven onboarding process that guides each project, and you'll be independent, driven, analytical and keen to learn our product. You'll be an advocate for Dayshape, consulting and guiding customers to get the most out of it.
What You'll Do
About you
What you'll get
This is a full-time role (37.5 hours per week). We typically work from 09:00 - 17:30 from Monday to Friday, though we can be flexible around this, just let us know.
We're ideally looking for someone in/around Edinburgh, though we're open to the possibility of this being a remote role (as long as you're in the UK). We're making the most of hybrid working, so you won't need to come into the office everyday (unless you want to!).
We don't mandate required office time, but we find that most of the team enjoy working from home 2-3 days a week, and come into our office to connect with each other, make use of space, and for meetings.
Join the team!
Equality of opportunity is more than just a responsibility: we believe it's a huge advantage to welcome a variety of experiences and perspectives into the team. Diversity is a great asset and, as such, we strongly encourage applications from any background.
This is your opportunity to really influence how we get things done, and how our customers experience Dayshape from their very first day. We're doing well, but there's lots more to do in order to maintain the high bar and pace that we've set.
Everyone here is growing personally as the company grows, so if that sounds like something you'd like to be part of, we'd love to see your application. The deadline for applications is 21 Oct 2026 5PM (UK).
Please note the successful candidate for this role will be subject to background checks and will have an opportunity to declare anything to us beforehand.

What You'll Do
- Build trusted relationships with customer stakeholders, acting as a consultative partner throughout their Dayshape journey
- Run engaging Dayshape demonstrations for prospective and new customers, showing how Dayshape can support their business objectives
- Understand customers' operating models, challenges and strategic goals, drawing on your knowledge of how accountancy and professional services firms work to guide them towards best-practice resource management processes
- Lead discovery and design workshops, asking insightful questions, challenging assumptions where appropriate, and translating business needs into effective solutions, while advising customers on how to get the most value from Dayshape
- Configure Dayshape to meet customer requirements while driving standardisation, scalability and long-term success, and define integration requirements so that business processes and data flows are clearly understood and documented
- Lead data mapping, migration and loading, working with customers to prepare, validate and load their data into Dayshape
- Support customer UAT, go-live and handover, making sure customers are confident and ready to move into ongoing support with our Application Support team
- Deliver impactful training and enablement sessions that equip customers to confidently adopt and champion Dayshape within their organisation
- Provide product and configuration expertise to Project Managers and other internal stakeholders throughout the implementation lifecycle

About you
- Demonstrable experience implementing complex SaaS, ERP, or business applications within Accountancy, Professional Services, Consulting, or similar industries
- Experience configuring software solutions and translating business requirements into system configurations and scalable processes
- Experience mapping and migrating customer data, with a basic knowledge of JSON, SQL and JavaScript (or a willingness to develop these skills)
- Strong customer-facing and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships and influence decisions at all levels of an organisation
- A consultative mindset and excellent workshop facilitation skills: the confidence to challenge assumptions and explore alternatives, and the active listening to uncover underlying business needs rather than simply capture stated requirements
- The ability to understand and solve business challenges around resource management, workforce planning, scheduling and operational efficiency, with an interest in helping customers improve their ways of working
- A logical, analytical and structured approach to problem solving, and the ability to quickly learn complex systems and keep up with product developments
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences and to present and demo with confidence
- Self-motivated, adaptable and collaborative, able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, growing organisation, and happy to share knowledge and support colleagues
- Experience delivering software implementations within the Resource Management, Workforce Planning, ERP, PSA, or HR technology space
- Experience working with professional services organisations such as accountancy firms, consulting firms, law firms, engineering consultancies, or other people-centric businesses
- Experience advising customers on business process transformation, operating model improvements, or change management
- Hands-on experience with APIs and system integrations
- Experience working in a scale-up or fast-growing software company
What you'll get
- Salary £40,000 - £52,000 dependent on experience
- At least £1,000 per year to spend on professional and personal development
- 33 days' holiday per year (including bank holidays), increasing by 1 day each year to a maximum of 40 days
- Paid four week sabbatical in your fifth anniversary year on top of your holiday entitlement
- Enhanced family leave policies
- Private health insurance, including dental and vision benefits
- Income protection and death in service cover
- Matched 5% auto-enrolment workplace pension scheme
- Access to wellbeing offerings, such as our Employee Assistance Programme and a dedicated counselling service
- Volunteering time - up to 20 hours a year to participate in volunteer work
- Regular All Hands meeting for inspiration and over-communication
- Time out of the working week for team socials each month, with a mix of in-person and virtual options: past events include hiking, family BBQs, board games and at-home cocktail classes!
- Genuinely nice, smart people to work with, who are excited about growing our company
