Client Care Consultant - #2168676

We’re looking for a Client Care Consultant to join our supportive, award-winning team at Home Instead.

This role is all about people and relationships. You’ll get to know our clients and their families, understand what matters to them, and build trusted relationships that continue throughout their journey with us.

From their first meeting with Home Instead, you’ll be there to help them get started with the right care and support. You’ll then stay connected, checking in regularly, reviewing how things are going and making sure their needs continue to be met. You’ll get to know our clients, listen to them and their families, and make sure they feel supported and valued.

You’ll also work closely with our care team and colleagues to help deliver the high standard of service we’re known for. There will be opportunities to get involved in other areas of the business too, allowing you to develop your skills and experience.
