• Maintain accurate HR records and files to keep employee information organised and easy to access.
• Dealing with recruitment
• Handle routine HR administration, ensuring documents are prepared and stored correctly.
• Respond to HR queries in a clear and timely way, directing requests to the appropriate person when needed.
• Coordinate HR paperwork and correspondence to support consistent day-to-day administration.
• Update internal systems with relevant employee information, helping records remain current.
• Arrange and track HR-related documents to support efficient team processes.
• Work with the Human Resources team to keep administrative tasks on schedule.

Profile

A successful 'HR Administrator (Temp)' should have:

• Experience completing accurate administrative work in an HR or office setting.
• Confidence maintaining records and handling confidential information with care.
• Ability to organise documents, correspondence and routine tasks effectively.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills for responding to everyday queries.
• Comfort using internal systems to update and maintain information.
• Good attention to detail when preparing and checking HR documentation.

Job Offer

• Temporary contract.
• Hourly pay of £14 to £16 dependent on the level of experience.
