The Role

The Senior Financial Accountant will benefit from dual reporting lines to the Group Head of Finance and Director of Finance, alongside a dotted-line relationship with the CFO. This structure offers exceptional visibility across the senior leadership team, exposure to strategic financial decision-making and the autonomy to take ownership, influence processes and make a tangible impact across the wider Group. The key components of the role will include:

• Ownership of financial accounting, reporting, governance, risk and compliance
• Leading on the annual audit, including liaising with External Auditors
• Reviewing and developing processes, procedures, controls & systems
• Balance sheet integrity and reconciliations
• Business partnering with other functions including management accounting & commercial finance

What You'll Bring
