New Build Sales Advisor – Floating Role

Salary: £28,000–£35,000 basic, depending on experience

Location: Floating Between 3 developments in East Lothian

Working Hours: Thursday to Monday, 9:30am–5:00pm

Contract: Permanent, full-time

The Opportunity

C&P Recruitment is working with a large-scale, award-winning private housebuilder to recruit a New Build Sales Advisor for a floating role covering three developments across Edinburgh and East Lothian.

This is an excellent opportunity to join an established housebuilder, representing high-quality new-build homes and supporting prospective buyers throughout their home-buying journey.

As a floating Sales Advisor, you will work across three sites, providing sales cover where required and ensuring customers receive an excellent experience at every development.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome prospective buyers and provide a professional, friendly first impression.
• Conduct viewings and showcase new-build properties, highlighting their features and benefits.
• Manage customer enquiries from initial contact through to reservation and sale.
• Build strong relationships with prospective buyers and guide them through the purchasing process.
• Follow up on leads and maintain accurate customer records.
• Work towards sales targets and contribute to the success of each development.
• Ensure sales suites and show homes are presented to a high standard.
• Adapt to working across multiple developments depending on business requirements.

About You

• Previous experience in property sales, new-build sales, retail sales or a customer-facing role would be beneficial.
• Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills.
• Organised, professional and motivated to achieve sales targets.
• Comfortable working independently and adapting to different site teams.
• Flexible and happy to travel between developments.
• A genuine interest in property and helping customers find their new home.
