Senior Internal Auditor - #2184669

Barclay Simpson is working with a global financial services organisation to recruit a Senior Internal Auditor for its Edinburgh office.

Reporting to the Head of Internal Audit, you will deliver risk-based audits across business activities and central functions, assessing controls, agreeing practical recommendations and monitoring remediation. This is an opportunity to join a developing audit function and gain exposure across an international business.

The ideal candidate will have approximately five or more years’ internal audit experience, preferably within asset management or broader financial services. Strong internal auditors from other sectors will also be considered. Clear communication, sound judgement and strong stakeholder management skills are essential.
