  • Assisting with the processing of invoices and credit notes

  • Supporting the reconciliation of accounts and ledger management

  • Ensuring accurate and timely billing activities

  • Collaborating with the wider finance team to resolve billing queries

  • Maintaining detailed records of all billing activities

  • Ensuring adherence to company policies and compliance regulations

  • Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the finance department

  • Assisting with ad-hoc duties as required by the finance team


Immediate start Revenue and BillingsEdinburgh City Centre, hybrid working Mon to Friday 9-5pm.

A successful Billings Specialist should have:



  • A sound understanding of finance principles and billing procedures

  • A proficiency in relevant software applications

  • Excellent attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy

  • Strong numerical skills and the ability to analyse data

  • Good interpersonal skills for effective communication with the team

  • Problem-solving skills to resolve billing discrepancies
