Business Development Manager – eCommerce Events
Location: London (Hybrid – 2 days in-office/week)

Our mission is to connect the most innovative minds in retail technology, logistics, digital marketing, and omnichannel strategy through exclusive in-person experiences.
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our UK team. In this role, you will be responsible for growing sponsorship revenue by identifying, pitching, and securing partnerships with top-tier eCommerce solution providers and digital retail brands across the UK and Europe.
About the Role:
This is a consultative sales role best suited for someone who enjoys building lasting client relationships, understands the eCommerce landscape, and thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. You will play a key role in shaping our events by aligning top eCommerce partners with relevant audience segments and strategic themes.
- Hybrid role, two days in office per week.
- Must be eligible to work in the UK. We are unable to offer sponsorship for this role.
- Travel is required time to time for live events.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and target eCommerce vendors, digital agencies, tech platforms, payment providers, logistics firms, and other solution providers that align with our summit audience.
Client Engagement: Initiate and manage outbound outreach campaigns to senior decision-makers via email, LinkedIn, and phone.
Revenue Growth: Consistently meet and exceed sales targets by securing high-value sponsorship deals.
Proposal Development: Collaborate with internal teams to create custom event packages and compelling presentations.
Relationship Management: Develop long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
Compensation:
- Base £30,000-£40,000 with commission
