What You Will Do As Deputy Head Of Product

As the Deputy Head of Product, you will support the Head of Product in leading our product teams and driving the development and execution of our product vision. This role is a key member of our local operational leadership team, working cross-functionally with project management, development, marketing and customer experience.

You will help shape product strategy, manage product managers, oversee day-to-day operations of the product team, and serve as a key decision-maker in the product development lifecycle.

As Deputy Head Of Product, You'll

  • Support the Head of Product in defining and executing the product strategy and roadmap in alignment with business objectives.
  • Oversee product development from ideation through launch and post-launch iteration, ensuring timely delivery and high quality.
  • Lead and mentor a talented team of local Product Managers, Product Owners, CRO Specialists, and Agile Team Coaches.
  • Act as a cross-functional liaison, ensuring strong collaboration between product, project management, development, and other departments.
  • Collaborate on the roadmap for the local product and tech teams and coordinate with Heads of Product to align with global goals and transformation program.
  • Mentoring and growing Product craft across the business.
  • Contribute to budgeting, resource planning and objective setting for the product teams.
  • Analyse product performance metrics and user feedback to inform ongoing improvement and innovation.
  • Facilitate hackathons and lab days to drive innovation where feasible, while also implementing a refined, product-led roadmap and planning process to enhance strategic direction.
  • Participate in various forums, including architecture and design sprints.
  • Work with colleagues across the business to align product strategy with business objectives.

About You

  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrable experience in product management, including leading multifunctional teams and delivering successful products at scale in a similar role.
  • Proven ability to collaborate across departments, especially with marketing, to drive consumer acquisition and retention.
  • Deep understanding of the product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and iteration, with a track record of execution in complex, international matrix organisations.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align diverse perspectives and build consensus.
  • A coaching and inspiring leader who nurtures talent, encourages experimentation, and fosters a data-driven innovation culture within the organization.
  • Passionate about taking on technological challenges that create meaningful social impact.
  • Flexible to travel and work across our international offices as needed.
