Due to internal promotion, we are seeking a new Research Associate to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded and intellectually curious individual to play a key role in delivering senior-level search assignments across the public, private and third sectors.

Working closely with our Directors and Head of Research, you will help identify, engage and assess high-calibre talent, providing the market insight and candidate intelligence that underpin successful appointments. You'll be involved throughout the search process, from talent mapping and market research to candidate engagement and initial assessment, while building relationships with senior leaders and future executives.

The role offers exposure to a wide range of organisations and leadership challenges, making it an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys understanding businesses, analysing talent markets and connecting exceptional people with career-defining opportunities. You will also contribute to business development activity, market intelligence projects and the continual evolution of our research capability, including the use of data and AI-enabled tools.

We're open-minded about background and experience. You may be a recent graduate or coming from executive search, recruitment, research, professional services or another commercially focused environment. More important is your ability to build relationships, communicate effectively, think critically and manage multiple priorities with professionalism and attention to detail.
